The 21-Day Reset Cleanse is your opportunity to reset your eating habits and your health!

Welcome spring by shedding excess pounds, boosting your energy level, decreasing cravings for unhealthy foods and setting new eating habits!

This 21-Day Reset offers you:

  • Six in-person 50-minute group sessions at the studio – two per week
  • Three 20-minute personalized coaching phone sessions – one per week
  • Resources – including recipes for making healthy meals and snacks
  • Support and guidance with diet and nutrition
  • Flexibility to work with your busy schedule!


The Three Week Reset Cleanse Offers

  • Week One: Prep your home, body and mind for a gentle cleanse experience. We cannot underestimate this preparation. Being intentional and deliberate is essential for a fruitful experience in Week Two.
  • Week Two: Experience a healthy, whole foods diet for a week –with the option to include fish and poultry for the dedicated carnivores. The following foods that most commonly cause symptoms of a food allergy or toxicity won’t be part of your meals during that time: gluten-containing grains, dairy products, eggs, soy, caffeine, yeast, sugar in its many forms, alcohol.
  • Week Three: Plan how to reintroduce the banished foods and think about how you wish to alter your regular diet considering what you have learned during the cleanse.

This 21-Day Reset is not a fast, so you won’t feel hungry, but you will feel challenged! It provides the conditions for your success with the support of a positive group dynamic.

PREP WEEK MEETINGS

  • Monday April 1, 4:30 pm – in-person
  • Thursday April 4, 4:30 pm – in-person or asynchronous video to watch.
  • Between Friday and Sunday, – A twenty-minute check phone call with coach.

WEEK 2:
CLEANSE MEETINGS

  • Monday April 8, 4:30 pm – in-person
  • Thursday April 11, 4:30 pm – in-person or asynchronous video to watch.
  • Between Friday and Sunday, – A twenty-minute check phone call with coach.

WEEK 3:
FOOD REINTRODUCTION MEETINGS

  • Monday April 15, 4:30 pm – in-person
  • Thursday April 18, 4:30 pm – in-person or asynchronous video to watch.

I grew up in France and moved to the US at age 30 where I had a second college education.  I worked for ten years as a teacher, five as a home dad, fifteen as a baker. I am now a Certified Health and Life Coach. My recent education with the Health Coach Institute shed light on how I was able to embrace change despite the hurdles I encountered on my path. Lifestyle routine is the answer. The way people take care of themselves is the key to leading satisfying personal and professional lives. As a Health and Life Coach, I help busy individuals to reenergize and balance their lives. I firmly believe that happier people are more generous, and that more generous people make for a better world.

Jill Wingerter

Jill opened Sunflower Yoga Studio, now Sunflower Yoga & Fitness, 16 years ago in 2008 and has been teaching yoga and meditation classes there ever since. She completed two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings and has earned certificates in a number of specializations, including Ashtanga Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Kids’ Yoga and most recently Trauma Sensitive Yoga. In 2021, she completed a training with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and became a certified Health Coach. She is excited to team up with certified Life and Health Coach Jean Yves-Boulard, former owner of Six Hand Bakery in Indiana, to offer this special Spring Cleanse to help those looking to optimize their diet and overall health and well-being!
